Hector Regalado founded Hector’s Helping Hand out of a deep desire to give back to his community. Growing up in Chicago, he saw firsthand the challenges many face when it comes to accessing mental health and wellness resources. Fueled by his own experiences and a commitment to helping others, Hector has made it his mission to break down these barriers, empowering individuals through education, support, and compassion. His leadership and personal journey are at the heart of everything we do, shaping the values and pillars that guide our organization.
